Customers may request an exchange within 3 business days of receiving their order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, all related shipping and delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
Exchanges will only be processed after inspection and quality approval by our team.
Note: For food items such as saffron, barberries, nuts, and spices, opened packages cannot be exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
Customers may request a return within 3 business days after receiving the product.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For international orders, the full cost of return shipping and delivery to the logistics provider is the buyer’s responsibility.
In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact our support team immediately for review and resolution.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products such as saffron, spices, or other edible goods cannot be returned once opened.
